Developing the Professional Performance of the Social Worker to Decease the Intellectual Polarization among University Students

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the status-quo of the professional performance of the social worker in the university youth welfare offices and to try to develop a suggested proposal to develop the professional performance of the social worker in counter to the intellectual polarization of youth, through identifying the status-quo of the professional performance of the social worker in youth welfare offices, as well as the most important means by which youth are polarized, and the most important effects of polarization. Therefore, the study started from the most important objectives, description and analysis a description and analysis of the professional performance of the social worker in the offices of youth welfare to counter the intellectual polarization of university youth and to identify the most important the most important obstacles that affect the professional performance of the social worker to encounter polarizing youth intellectually and its role in development and stability. The study also sought to develop a suggested proposal to develop the professional performance of the social worker in counter to the intellectual polarization of university youth. The current study followed the analytical descriptive method based on (the case study approach). The research was administered to a sample consisting of (60) social workers working in youth filed. The study revealed that there is a lack of performance of social workers working in the university youth welfare agencies. There are obstacles related to social workers working in youth welfare agencies. That there are obstacles related to university youth. There were obstacles related to the university.
