Requirements of Activating the Role of School Activities to Reinforce the Intellectual Construction of Al-Azhar Secondary Education Students in Light of Some Contemporary Challenges

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the requirements of activating the role of school activities to enhance the intellectual construction of students of Al- Azhar secondary education in light of some contemporary challenges. The research used the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was used as a tool for identifying the opinions of experts about the importance of each of the requirements for school activities in reinforcing the intellectual construction of students. The results of the research revealed that the sample members of the experts towards the list of requirements were of great importance, and the requirement for the activities to be free from conflict with religious and societal values ​​came in the first rank with a relative weight of (2.9639), while the least requirements were to activate the community partnership with the local community institutions to involve students in the activities and events they organize with a relative weight of (2.6747). The study recommended developing an integrated and diversified activities plan before the start of the school year, related to the academic courses and choosing the appropriate time to practice those activities.
