The effectiveness of a training program based on the self-learning strategy for developing certain digital transformation skills needed for the kindergarten student teacher in light of Egypt’s vision 2030

Abstract

This research aims to verify the effectiveness of the training program based on the self-learning strategy for developing certain digital transformation skills necessary for the Kindergarten teacher students in the light of Egypt’s vision 2030. The research sample consists of (70) senior year female students in the Kindergarten Department of the Faculty of Humanities in Cairo - Al-Azhar University. The research tools consisting of the indicator digital transformation skill awareness for the kindergarten teacher student (prepared by the researcher), were applied. A note card for the student’s digital transformation skills. The kindergarten teacher (prepared by the researcher), the training program based on the self-learning strategy to develop digital transformation skills for the kindergarten teacher student (prepared by the researcher). The two-group experimental approach was used to treat the research. The results of the research resulted in the effectiveness of the training program based on the self-learning strategy. Develop the digital transformation skills of the kindergarten teacher student.
