The leadership of change and its role in administrative reform reform of the leaders of the public administration in Al-Ahsa Education

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the leadership of change and its role in administrative reform among the leaders of the public administration in Al-Ahsa education and to develop a number of recommendations for administrative development. The research used the descriptive method for research, and questionnaire; Where it was applied to a sample of (190) individual leaders of the public administration in Al-Ahsa education; The research reached several results, including: the members of the research sample reported on the reality of leadership change in administrative reform among the leaders of the public administration in Al-Ahsa education; It came with a 'neutral' 'medium' degree of approval; Where the arithmetic mean was (3.01), and the standard deviation was (1.02), and the responses of the research sample members about the role of change leadership in administrative reform among the leaders of the public administration in Al-Ahsa education reported a “high” degree of approval; Where the arithmetic mean was (3.45), and the standard deviation was (1.19)
