Requirements of Improving Practices of Strategic Entrepreneurship Dimensions among Faculty Members at the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University “field study”

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the requirements of improving practices of strategic entrepreneurship dimensions among faculty members at the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University. Accordingly, the study conducted an analysis for the foundations of strategic entrepreneurship inside contemporary administrative and educational literature and proposed some recommendations that could contribute to improving the level of practicing strategic entrepreneurship dimensions among faculty members at the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University. The study adopted the descriptive approach and utilized the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The field study aimed to detect the approval degree of faculty members at the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University, on the proposed requirements to improve their level of practicing strategic entrepreneurship dimensions. The results indicated that the total degree came at a strongly approved degree, with a relative weight of (4.91), and a percentage of (98.26%), which indicates the college’s need for providing those requirements to improve its strategic entrepreneurship level. Finally, the study proposed a set of requirements related to the four dimensions of strategic entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and strategically managed resources) among faculty members at the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo
