Requirements for achieving educational justice in Egyptian secondary education

Abstract

The research aimed to reach the most important requirements for achieving educational justice in Egyptian secondary education, and the research used the descriptive approach, and the first axis dealt with the concept of educational justice and its most important components, principles and justifications, standards for achieving justice and the most important obstacles that prevent its achievement, and the second axis dealt with the reality of educational justice in secondary education in terms of funding enrollment, repetition and dropout rates, the reality of school buildings and their most important specifications, indicators of classroom density, the system of study periods, the reality of the efficiency of educationally qualified teachers, public and private schools in both rural and urban areas, The research concluded that there is a clear bias for general secondary education about Its counterpart is technical secondary education in all indicators, and private education is superior to government education, and the most important requirements for achieving educational justice in Egyptian secondary education were presented in terms of admission, financing and infrastructure for secondary education, as well as teachers and students, and Among the most important requirements: the contribution of all sectors, including the private sector, to Development and improvement of secondary education, the application of e-learning strategies and the provision of infrastructure for it, the use of civil society institutions to bridge the required funding and technical deficit, and the provision of a safe school environment to encourage enrollment and continuity of studies.
