The role of Reflective Dialogue Practices to improve Faculty Members Teaching Performance in Faculties of Education "Analytical Vision"

Abstract

The research aims to identify the educational practices of reflective dialogue, besides identifying their role in improving faculty members teaching performance faculties of education, this is done through an analytical vision of the concept and literature of reflective dialogue educational practices including principles, philosophy, and goals where the reflective dialogue is based. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method to describe and analyze the literature of reflective dialogue and to identify the most important educational practices adopted and emanated from that concept, that is important for faculty members in their teaching performance due to its importance in improving performance. The research resulted in : Determining a list of the most important educational practices for reflective dialogue, which in turn aims to improve faculty member teaching performance in faculties of education, and identifying the features of faculty members teaching performance during using educational practices for reflective dialogue inside classroom and using it through making discussion with students and colleagues.
