The Status-quo of the Secondary School Sharia Science Teachers’ Performance in Onaizah Governorate in Light of the Educational Methods Learned from the Prophetic Approach

Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the status-quo of the performance of Sharia science teachers in the light of the educational methods learned from the prophetic approach. For achieving the goals of the research, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample was composed of ten teachers of Sharia science teachers in high schools of the Department of Education in Unaizah governorate. The study made use of the observation checklist to gather data. The results revealed that the status-quo of the performance of forensic science teachers in the light of educational methods learned from the prophetic approach came with an average degree as a whole, and the degree of verification of the methods (repetition method, the method of multiplying proverbs, the method of using body language in education) came with a large degree. The methods (direct casting style, suspense style, encouragement method) came with an average degree. The methods (the method of educational persuasion, the method of increasing the answer to the questioner, the method of educational joking, the method of illustration) came with a low degree, and the methods of (story style, the style of the hint without permission,) came with a zero degree.
