The study population consisted of all Islamic science supervisors in all educational supervision departments in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah during the academic year 1442 AH (totaling 30 supervisors). Due to the small number of the original study population, all members of the study community were selected as a sample to represent the study community, the descriptive approach was used for its relevance to the nature of the current research using a questionnaire consisting of a list of items that assess the effectiveness of training courses in developing the professional level of Islamic science teachers from the viewpoint of educational supervisors after verifying its validity and reliability. The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the training courses in developing the professional level of teachers of Islamic sciences from the point of view of the educational supervisors.
