An evaluation study of the distinguished programs at the Faculty of Education, Damanhour University in light of the requirements of the labor market.

Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the distinguished programs at the Faculty of Education, DamanhourUniversity in the light of the requirements of the labor market. And (52) a faculty member, and the study concluded that the reality of each of: the objectives of the distinguished programs at the Faculty of Education, Damanhour University, their curricula, teaching methods, faculty members, students, evaluation methods, the educational environment, and management in the distinguished programs of the Faculty of Education Damanhour University came with a grade (medium), The study also found that there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the respondent variable (faculty member/student), with respect to the eight axes of the questionnaire and their sum, and all the differences were in favor of the faculty members category.
