Abstract

The study aimed to determine the degree to which the principals of public secondary schools in Unaizah Governorate apply the dimensions of organizational strength (official, reference, reward, compulsion, information, experience) from the viewpoint of a sample of their employees, and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the study sample.  To determine the degree of application of organizational strength dimensions according to the variable (specialization, years of experience) and use the descriptive approach. To collect data, a questionnaire was administered to a random sample consisting of (215) parameters of the study. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the variables of specialization and years of experience, while there are differences with statistical significance about the level of application of organizational power due to the difference in years of service with regard to the total degree. The study pointed out that the organizational and personal requirements for applying organizational power came to a medium degree, and accordingly the study recommended the need to diversify the dimensions of organizational power used in directing and influencing female employees in proportion to work conditions.
