Abstract

This research aimed to identify the level of psychological flow and psychological resilience of secondary school female students in Madina. It also aimed to identify the relationship between them and to assess psychological resilience  contribution to predict the level of psychological flow among students. The descriptive, correlative, survey methods were adopted as a research method. Jackson and Marsh scale (2006), translated by Ibn al-Sheikh (2015) and modified by the researcher, was used to assess the level of psychological flow. The psychological resilience scale of Sarmini (2015) was codified on the Saudi environment. The sample of the research was selected randomly from secondary school female students in Madina. Appropriate statistical methods were used; means and standard deviations, one sample t-test, Pearson correlation and Multiple Linear Regression were extracted. The results revealed a high level of psychological flow and psychological resilience among the sample members, and a strong direct correlation between the two variables were found. It has also been proven that psychological resilience contributes to predicting psychological flow.
