Abstract

The current research tackles an important problem related to the status-quo of civil society organizations in light of the current changes that were referred to in previous research and studies indicating that these organizations suffer from institutional alienation. If this problem deteriorated at these organizations, which play an essential role in the development process, it would result in serious consequences influencing all systems in the society. This problem would also affect all the society organizations. As well as its major, middle and minor units. This state of suffering from institutional alienation could not be overcome except through actual community partnership which makes use of all scientific methods to be accomplished. Some of the most important methods include the networking model and the network organization theory that could be utilized to optimize interdependence and cooperation among these organizations and other formal and informal institutions in the state. Therefore, the concept of partnership should inevitably be activated taking into consideration the current status of the state. In this abstract, it should be highlighted that the tackled research approach is understudied, which motivates more research and studies in this area so as to enhance the issue of partnership and accomplish the requirements of development.
