The role of faculty staff in Developing independent learning skills for students from at Hail University

Abstract

    The study aimed to identify the role of faculty staff in Developing the independent learning skills of students at Hail University. The study used the descriptive method, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a random sample of (226) faculty staff at Hail University, and the results showed that the role of faculty staff at Hail University in Developing learning skills Independent university students from their point of view were high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study members’ estimates of the role of faculty members at Hail University in Developing independent learning skills for university students from their point of view due to the variables of gender, type of college and academic rank.
