The research aimed at identifying the Epistemological Beliefs among a sample of university students and examining the differences related to gender (male / female), specialization (scientific / literary), grade (excellent / very good / good / acceptable / passing with a subject/ two subjects). The research sample consisted of (300) students,. Using the T- test, correlation coefficient, and analysis of variance, the findings revealed the following:
- University students (males and females) have an average level of Epistemological Beliefs.
- There are no statistically significant differences in the Epistemological Beliefs of university students due to pox (males and females) dimensions, except the dimension of (characteristics of successful students) wherethe differences were in favor of males.
- There are no statistically significant differences in the Epistemological Beliefs of university students (males and females) attributed to the specialization variable.
- There are no statistically significant differences in the Epistemological Beliefs of university students (males and females) attributed to the grade variable, except the dimension of(interpretation and modification of knowledge) of the grades (good or acceptable).
