Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of using a program based on micro-training in the development of E-teaching skills in students teachers history division, the research group consisted of (60) students from the 3rd Division of the History Division, Divided into a control group and the experimental group, a list of E-teaching skills was prepared, a guide for the trainer and a guide for the participant, then the research tools were built consisting of a Rating card, a performance note card, pre-applied to the research group, then the application of the research was conducted and post-applied, The results confirmed that there is a statistically d difference between the average grades of students of the control group and the experimental group grades in the post-application To measure the performance of E-teaching skills at a semantic level (0.05) for the experimental group, There is a statistical difference between the average grades of the experimental group in pre and post application in favor of the post application, and the size of the effect was high, and this confirms the effectiveness of the use of micro -training, and the recommendations of the research emphasize the need to pay attention to the development of E-teaching skills among students teachers history division.
