Moral motivation and its relationship to psychological reassurance and social adjustment among teachers of the basic education stage

Abstract

    The aim of the current research is to identify the relationship between moral motivation and (psychological reassurance - social adjustment) for teachers of the basic education stage, and to verify the predictability of moral motivation with both psychological reassurance and social adjustment, and to reveal the differences in moral motivation according to gender (males - females). And the type of education (Azhar - general) for teachers of the basic education stage. Teachers who participated in the research (300) male and female teachers (150 male and 150 female teachers) from some Al-Azhar and Education schools in Fayoum Governorate in the academic year 2020/2021 AD. The research tools consisted of the moral motivation scale (prepared by the researcher), the psychological reassurance scale (prepared by the researcher), and the social compatibility scale (prepared by the researcher). Predicting the moral motivation of teachers of the basic education stage through psychological reassurance and social adjustment. There are no statistically significant differences in moral motivation and its dimensions according to gender (male - female), and there are statistically significant differences in moral motivation and its dimensions according to the type of education (Azhar - General) in favor of Al-Azhar education. The results of the research were discussed, and some recommendations and proposed research were presented.
