Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of both the (free-guided) navigation pattern in the strategy of web tasks, the effectiveness of the (internal-external) control destinations, and the effectiveness of the interaction between the (free-oriented) navigation pattern and the (internal-external) control destination on the development of achievement and performance related to the design and production of educational audio programs and their publishing via the web to the educational technology specialist at the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University. The research sample consisted of (60) specialists who were randomly selected and distributed equally into four experimental groups. The researcher used the experimental method to study this effect and the results showed the superiority of the group that studied by the guided navigation style over the rest of the groups, the group with the internal control destination over the rest of the groups, and the group that studied through the interaction between the guided navigation pattern and the internal control destination over the rest of the research groups.
