A Suggested Proposal from the Perspective of the Way of Organizing Society for Civil Society Organizations to Benefit from Immigrant Competencies in the Light of some Experiences

Abstract

The study aimed to develop a suggested proposal from the perspective of the way the society is organized so that civil society organizations can benefit from immigrant competencies. The study made use of a sample of civil society organizations to conduct the research. The study made use of the social survey method via a questionnaire administered to a sample consisting of (46) members of civil societies organizations. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the results of the study revealed that civil society organizations are among the migratory competencies, where Ka2 is significant at a significant level greater than 9.21. The total mean of the dimensions was 29.82, and the degree of verification of the dimension as a whole reached (1.98), and the relative importance of the dimension as a whole reached 66.3%; Ka2 is not significant at the level of significance less than 9.21., Ka 2 is significant at the level of significance greater than 9.21., The general average of the diemensions reached 24.32, and the degree of verification of the dimension as a whole reached (2,02). The relative results of the dimension as a whole was (67.6%), while the results of the second dimension related to the obstacles that face civil society organizations in benefiting from migrant competencies, Ka2 is not significant at the level of significance less than 9.21.; Ka2 is significant at the level of significance greater than 9, 21.; the total mean of the deimensions reached 19.82, and the degree of verification of the dimension as a whole reached (2.5), and the relative importance of the dimension as a whole reached (82.6%).
