Evaluating the skills of school principals in leading the integration of educational technologies according to (ISTE) standards from the point of view of physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait

Abstract

The present study attempted to accomplish the following goals: Identifying the educational technology integration leadership abilities that general education school principals in the State of Kuwait are required to possess in accordance with ISTE criteria. Investigating the availability of educational technology integration leadership skills among public school principals in the State of Kuwait from the perspective of physical education teachers (as an overall score and as sub-dimensions: wise leadership - learning culture in the digital age - excellence in professional practice - systemic development - digital citizenship). The purpose of this study is to determine if there are statistically significant variations in the average estimations of physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The degree to which educational technology integration leadership abilities are available to general education school administrators in light of ISTE criteria varies according to their personal characteristics (gender - number of years of teaching experience - educational qualification). To a "substantial" degree, from the perspective of physical education instructors in the State of Kuwait. There are statistically significant variations in the average estimations of physical education instructors who participated. According to their personal characteristics, the present study examines the availability of educational technology integration leadership abilities among general education school administrators in the State of Kuwait (gender - number of years of teaching experience - educational qualification).
