The Degree of Availability of the Ministry of Education Award Criteria among Male and Female Primary School Teachers in Madinah from the Viewpoint of Supervisors

Abstract

This study sought to identify the degree of availability of the Education Award for Excellence standards among primary school teachers in Madinah from the viewpoints of the educational supervisors in Madinah in the field of learning environment management. The study also aimed to identify the degree of availability of the Education Excellence Award criteria among the primary school teachers in Madinah from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors in Madinah in the field of assessment management, and to identify the most important proposals for the development of the Education Excellence Award in the light of the results of the study. The researcher used the descriptive method for attaining the study purpose. The results of the field study revealed the possibility of applying the Education Award for Excellence in the educational environment. In addition to the importance of activating electronic libraries and showing their importance for learners and training them on how to use and benefit from them, and the need to train teachers in the skills of analyzing evaluation results, interpreting these results, as well as providing training courses. The study recommended circulating the Education Excellence Award so that it is introduced to schools, and academic bodies highlight their fields and standards, training on how to develop initiatives for their implementation, and that teachers' professional development should be clear in outline and goals.
