Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a teaching unit based on employing static infographic technique on enhancing fiqh concepts for secondary female students. The researcher used the experimental approach with quasi-experimental design in which two equivalent groups were selected; an experimental group (N=24) student and a control group (N=24) from the 11th grade students of the 27th secondary school in Buraida governorate, which is located under the Qassim Education administration. To achieve the research objectives and test the research hypotheses, an achievement test for the jurisprudence concepts was administered. The main findings could be summarized as:   There were no statistically significant differences between the means scores of the experimental group students and the control group students in the pretest achievement. Findings indicated statistically significant differences between the means scores of the experimental group students and the control group students in the post-test achievement, and the effect size was high. Accordingly, findings revealed the effectiveness of Infographics in developing the jurisprudence concepts for the secondary school students. Therefore, the researchers have provided many recommendations; the most important of which is to rely on infographics in building the content for the Sharia subjects.
