Abstract

Modern technological developments have brought about a qualitative shift and a true revolution, enabling capacity building and improving social performance in society. They have paved the way for social organizations to perform their professional duties in a manner that achieves a competitive advantage, maintains their continued role in society, and keeps pace with these developments
Therefore, professional practice in social care institutions for people with disabilities seeks to enhance its information capabilities using generative artificial intelligence applications known as "ChatGPT," which will impact administrative aspects in a way that contributes to achieving its goals. Artificial intelligence has revolutionized the assistance provided to people with disabilities and has pushed for their integration into society, significantly improving their performance in their daily lives.
There are many applications that have enabled them to become independent and not ask for help from others, for example, thanks to the generative artificial intelligence application known as “ChatGPT” which can communicate verbally with people of determination and others and respond to the commands requested of it with high efficiency, as well as the (Seeing Al) application, which enabled the visually impaired, for example, to read their mail easily by placing the message under the phone’s camera to read what is in it.  Artificial intelligence has also helped people with limited mobility control everything in the home using voice commands, and the near future will reveal many new applications that will represent a qualitative leap in the professional practice of humanitarian assistance professions, particularly social services for special needs groups.
