Abstract

The study aimed to identify the life skills required for integrating youth into the labor market in the era of artificial intelligence. A descriptive research approach was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The study was conducted on a sample of 232 faculty members, categorized according to gender, faculty type, and academic rank. The results indicated a high level of agreement among participants regarding life skills related to social, economic, and technological aspects necessary for youth integration into the labor market in the age of artificial intelligence. Additionally, the findings showed no statistically significant differences in participants' responses based on gender. However, significant differences were observed based on faculty type, favoring faculty members from the social sciences, and based on academic rank, favoring professors over associate and assistant professors
