Community problems resulting from the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence systems in the labor market, and the role of education in confronting them: unemployment problem as a model

Despite the many positives that resulted from the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence systems in the labor market, including: creating new job opportunities that did not exist before, on the other hand, millions of other people may find it very difficult to find jobs in the future; due to the ability of artificial intelligence systems to automate many tasks, thus replacing large numbers of human workers, and replacing the machine equipped with superior programs with humans in a wide range of jobs; Which may lead to the spread and exacerbation of the unemployment problem, especially in developing countries, and the resulting social and economic problems. Based on the above, the research aimed to identify the most prominent negative effects on society in the event of the increasing expansion in the use of artificial intelligence systems, while shedding light on the unemployment problem as a growing model as a result of these repercussions. The descriptive analytical approach was used by presenting and reviewing the relevant literature and analyzing it in a multifaceted manner to identify the most prominent jobs threatened with complete disappearance by losing them completely or partially due to the disappearance of human tasks in them; while addressing a prospective list of those jobs and tasks that have appeared on the horizon and have emerged on the scene in the contemporary world through a product - experimental or activated - equipped with an AI system to perform these tasks and jobs currently, and their effective impact on the unemployment problem in the future, and the impact of that on the entire segments of society once they disappear from it. The research also used the descriptive correlational approach to measure the relationship between the two variables (unemployment and artificial intelligence systems in the labor market) in terms of whether it is a positive or negative relationship in light of certain data; and then anticipating the future of one of the variables if it is related to the other; This is done by expressing the level of significance more accurately in addressing the correlation relationship, and in light of the results; the research ultimately reached a list of some proposals that include the preventive role of education in confronting the problem of unemployment in the event of an expansion in the use of artificial intelligence systems in the labor market, and accordingly; the research recommended the necessity of reconsidering the educational policies followed and developing them in a manner consistent with the developments of the era without dissolving in its secretions, Promoting a culture of entrepreneurship and self-employment, activating partnerships between educational institutions and productive enterprises, and enhancing opportunities for vocational training and lifelong learning.
