Artificial Intelligence as a Variable in Strategic Planning to Improve the Services of Civil Associations

The current study aimed to determine the reality of the role of artificial intelligence in analyzing the internal environmental context (strengths - weaknesses) in planning to improve the services of civil associations, as well as to identify the reality of the role of artificial intelligence in analyzing the external environmental context (opportunities - threats) in planning to enhance the services of civil associations. Finally, the study sought to propose a vision for activating the role of artificial intelligence as a variable in strategic planning to improve the services of civil associations. This study belonged to the analytical descriptive research pattern and employed the case study method using a comprehensive census approach for all officials and employees of the Al-Salah Charitable Association, totaling 35 individuals. The study found that the internal environmental context, in terms of strengths related to the role of artificial intelligence in strategic planning for improving civil association services, was rated highly, with all statement averages being high. Meanwhile, the internal environmental context, in terms of weaknesses related to the role of artificial intelligence in strategic planning for improving civil association services, was rated moderately, with statement averages ranging between moderate and high. As for the external environmental context, the opportunities related to the role of artificial intelligence in strategic planning for improving civil association services were rated moderately, with statement averages ranging between moderate and high. Similarly, the external environmental context, in terms of threats related to the role of artificial intelligence in strategic planning for improving civil association services, was rated moderately, with statement averages ranging between moderate and high. Additionally, a proposed vision was developed to activate the role of artificial intelligence as a variable in strategic planning for improving the services of civil associations.
