The supportive educational supervision model for empowering the school and its role in enriching learning outcomes in the city of Riyadh (a field study)

Abstract

The research aimed to study the current educational supervision model and its suitability in light of empowering schools to enhance the participation of educational leadership and parents and create an attractive educational environment. To determine the new educational supervision mechanism that supports the empowerment of the school to ensure the best learning outcomes, the research used the descriptive survey approach to achieve the hypothesis of the research that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the responses of the sample members attributed to the variable of the new educational supervision model that supports the empowerment of schools and its role in enriching better learning outcomes in Riyadh For a random sample of (31) educational supervisors by 25% of the total community of art education supervisors. The researcher built a digital questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed on three axes and stereotyping the answer according to the five-point Likert scale, The results of the research proved the effectiveness of the new educational supervision model in enriching the learning outcomes of art education and visual arts, and it was recommended to support the supervision of art education according to the empowerment of schools.
