The effectiveness of using the Tokatsu Activities to develop some Values of Volunteer Work and social responsibility practices for the kindergarten child

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of using the Tokatsu Activities to develop some Values of Volunteer Work and social responsibility practices for the kindergarten child.
The research sample consisted of) 60) male and female children of the second level of Kinder garden, divided into two groups (30) as an experimental group, and (30) as a control group .The research used the experimental method with the experimental and control groups and the application of pre, post and follow-up measurements, in order to identify the effectiveness of the independent variable (Tokatsu Activities) on the two dependent variables (Values of Volunteer Work- social responsibility practices). The researcher used the following tools: the successive matrices test to measure children's intelligence "John Raven" rationing (Emad Ahmed Hassan, 2016), Illustrated Values of Volunteer Work  scale (prepared by the researchers), a note card for the dimensions of social responsibility practices for kindergarten children (prepared by the researchers), a program using the Tokatsu Activities to develop some Values of Volunteer Work and social responsibility practices for the kindergarten child (prepared by the researchers), and the results of the research resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the children of the experimental group and the children of the control group in the tribal and remote measurements on Illustrated Values of Volunteer Work scale and observation card for the benefit of the children of the experimental group; Which indicates the effectiveness of using the Tokatsu Activities to develop some Values of Volunteer Work and social responsibility practices for the kindergarten child.
