A Proposed Guidebook to Support Strategic Recovery in Faculty of Education -Ain Shames University in the Light of Best Practices

Abstract

identifying the fields that should be dealt with in certain organization, according to continuous control, and data and information analysis, in order to know aspects of defects and ways of treating them, decreasing complaints by clients, as a result of being harmed by the low level of the service that they accustomed to have, or haven't receive the service at all, and needing to have a certain time to receive back the service as it was before, the matter that helps in revising the performance continuously, and in a systematic certain time, that will result in early attention for any defect before it increases, the strategic recovery also aims at achieving continuous development and improvement for the organization, as the procedures that may be done have a certain role in achieving development, and improving the level of the service and the performance, then the matter doesn’t concern only the recovery from crisis, but also it concerns developing performance, in order to attain high degrees of clients' satisfaction, so there are three obvious dimensions of strategic recovery which are: employees recovery, clients recovery, and processes recovery, the research also aimed at reaching a guidebook for strategic recovery at the faculty by benefiting from the related best practices.
Then, the current research aimed at reaching A Proposed Guidebook to Support Strategic Recovery in Faculty of Education -Ain Shames University, and it used to achieve that, The Descriptive Methodology, in addition to Best Practices Approach.
