Abstract

The current research aimed to prove the right of the human soul to life through the Islamic approach and the extent of its realism, international conventions and the extent of their application. To achieve this, the fundamentalist approach that proves the right of the human soul to life was used through the texts of the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used to determine the reality of the human soul's right to life through theory and practice in contemporary reality.
Among the main findings of the research are the following:
- The research proved that the Islamic approach combines theory and practice.
- The clarity of the contradiction between theory and practice for the drafters of international conventions.
- The stability of the Islamic approach in proving the right of the human soul to life despite the different beliefs and religions as long as it is not related to the By war.
- The Islamic curriculum preserves the right to life for children, women, the sheikh and the worshipper in his hermitage, even in times of war.
- Proving the contradiction of contemporary civilizations that sponsor international conventions regarding the right to life of the human soul and the non-distinction between warriors, children, women and the great sheikh.
