Requirements for implementing the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) in the General Secondary Education Administration in Egypt

Abstract

The study has aimed to monitor and achieve the requirements of EOMS in Egypt's General Secondary Education Department; The study adopted the descriptive curriculum to identify the theoretical foundations of EOMS, by identifying the requirements of its application so as to help design and formulate the outline of the application of these requirements by the General Secondary Education Department. The study used the questionnaire addressed to leaders, public secondary education workers and quality departments of the Ministry's Office, educational directorates, departments and schools accredited to governorates (Dakahlia, Assiut, South Sinai), has reached the study sample (315) Individual, the degree of approval of the total requirements for the application of Educational Organizations Management System "EOMS" of Egypt's General Secondary Education Department came from the perspective of the study sample. The study found the most important requirements for the application of (EOMS) Directorate of General Secondary Education, Egypt (organization context, leadership, planning, operation, performance appraisal, improvement) and recommended that the Department of General Secondary Education must follow the steps and mechanisms to implement these requirements.
