A Proposed Program in Community Service to Develop Digital Professional Skills among Social Workers Working in Al-Azhar Institutes

Abstract

       This study sheds light on digital professional skills as an important development that affects the practice of social work in general and community service in particular, aiming to improve the performance of social workers employed in Al-Azhar institutes. The study aims to develop a proposed program from the perspective of working with communities and enhancing digital professional skills among social workers in Al-Azhar institutes. This is achieved by determining the level of digital professional skills among social workers in Al-Azhar institutes, identifying the roles performed by social workers in digital professional practice in Al-Azhar institutes, identifying the skills used by social workers in digital professional practice in Al-Azhar institutes, identifying the techniques of working with communities that contribute to the development of digital professional skills among social workers in Al-Azhar institutes, and proposing suggestions for the development of digital professional skills among social workers in Al-Azhar institutes. The study concludes by determining the level of digital professional skills, identifying roles, identifying skills, identifying techniques, and proposing a program from the perspective of working with communities to enhance the digital professional skills of social workers employed in Al-Azhar institutes.
