The Role of Innovative Educational Leadership in Enhancing the Culture of Achievement Among Employees in Jordanian Public Universities

Abstract

       The study aimed to determine the degree to which administrative leaders practice innovative educational leadership and its relationship to the culture of achievement among employees in public Jordanian universities, To verify this, a one-sample t-test, a t-test for two independent samples, and a Kruskal-Wallsh test were used. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing innovative educational leadership in Jordanian public universities was high. The level of achievement culture among workers in Jordanian public universities was also high, and the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement among workers in higher education institutions in Jordanian public universities according to the variables of gender and academic qualification, while it confirmed the existence of a significant relationship. Statistics between the role of innovative educational leadership and enhancing the culture of achievement among employees in Jordanian public universities.
