Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between Mindfulness, psychological immunity, and enjoying life among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics - Al-Azhar University. The research sample consisted of (122) female students from the first year of the college, and the research followed the descriptive and correlational methods, and the Mindfulness scale prepared by (Baer, et al., 2006) was used and Arabized by the researcher, the psychological immunity scale prepared by: the researcher, and the enjoying of life scale prepared by ( Tahia Abd Elal and Mustafa Mazloum, 2013) to verify the validity of the hypotheses, which are: There is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the significance level of ≤ 0.05 between Mindfulness and psychological immunity among female students at the Faculty of Home Economics - Al-Azhar University, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the significance level of ≤ 0.05 Between Mindfulness and enjoying life among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics - Al-Azhar University. The research found that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at a significance level of ≤ 0.05 between Mindfulness and psychological immunity among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics - Al-Azhar University. It also found a significant positive correlation Statistically at a significance level of ≤ 0.05 between Mindfulness and enjoying life among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics - Al-Azhar University.
