Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the management of public education schools in Bisha Governorate and the mechanisms for developing it. The research used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. It was applied to a sample of (76) principals, (40) deputies, and (248) teachers, with a general total. (364) members of the research community, and the results revealed that the responses of the research sample members about the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the communication process, the guidance process, and the decision-making process in the management of public education schools in Bisha Governorate came in a 'medium' degree; There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the research sample members regarding the reality of using artificial intelligence applications in the process (communication, guidance, and decision-making) in the management of public education schools in Bisha Governorate due to the variables (current job and educational stage). It was recommended to develop a long-term plan. To determine the human, financial and technical requirements necessary to apply artificial intelligence applications in the management of general education schools, forming technical teams of human capabilities in the school to work on the use of artificial intelligence applications in school management, and establishing partnerships with technical institutions to benefit from them in the process of using artificial intelligence applications in school management. After obtaining the necessary approvals from senior management, and partnering with the E-Learning Department of the Education Department to hold and organize training courses and workshops specialized in artificial intelligence for all school employees; A number of studies were proposed, including a study entitled The Role of Implementing Artificial Intelligence Systems in Achieving the Competitiveness of Public Education Schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a study entitled The Requirements for Implementing Artificial Intelligence Systems and Applications in Developing Postgraduate Programs in Saudi Universities.
