Organizational health requirements to reduce field training problems for social work students

Abstract

The study aimed to identify organizational health requirements to reduce field training problems for social work students through: Identify the requirements for institutional integration; academic confirmation requirements; legal requirements; And the requirements for starting work, and the requirements for supporting resources with the aim of trying to reduce the problems of field training for social work students, The importance of the study lies in revealing the problems of training institutions resulting from the field training work environment, which may be one of the obstacles to achieving the quality of career life for social work graduates in the future, as field training was designed to contribute to the formation of social work students by preparing them to be able to bring about development in multiple social areas in society. , The study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and used the case study approach, relying on the questionnaire as a tool, and the results reached: The weakness of the results related to the institutional integration dimension, the moderate results of the results related to the academic emphasis dimension, and the strength of the results related to the legality dimension. The average results related to the dimension of initiation of work; The average results related to the dimension of resource support to reduce field training problems, Therefore, the study proposed a future vision to emphasize organizational health requirements to reduce the problems of field training for social work students.
