Abstract

The current research aims to develop a proposed model from the perspective of Islamic education to achieve the reliability of studies in education by integrating the results known in Western literature as a triangulation method. It is worth noting that this method has ancient Islamic origins, and to achieve this goal, it relied on the fundamentalist approach in order to root the method of triangulation and set standards for it according to the methodology of interpreters, hadith scholars, and fundamentalists. The research concluded that triangulation was mentioned in different meanings in the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the writings of Muslim thinkers, including: clarification. And the valid argument and evidence, and a proposed applied model was developed for use in Islamic education studies.
