Abstract

Higher education has recently witnessed many changes at the local and international levels, as many universities and higher education institutions have tended to enhance their culture of competitiveness, cooperation, marketing and diversity within the framework of promoting the internationalization process, which calls for the need to review the main philosophies, trends and policies in higher education and other situations that may lead to changing the landscape of universities and higher education institutions in general and the roles of those institutions and the extent of their independence. Identified with the intellectual features of the postmodern trend (an anti-humanist trend that seeks to obliterate identities, reject religion and history, against reason and flatten language...) It was necessary to be careful and to take measures that would preserve the identity and privacy of society and prevent it from being crushed into the vortex of the other's culture, philosophy in the education and construction of man, his method and educational policies and the associated values that belong to him.
