The institutional capacity requirements of civil society organizations to implement the digital transformation system.

Abstract

Although civil society organizations offer a variety of activities, they suffer from many problems related to capacity-building and its various configurations. as well as adopting the traditional institutional structure, thus affecting its survival, continuity and growth, It results in poor services to the public and its beneficiaries which requires the provision of effective systems to support the capacities and increase the activity of these organizations, Especially in the light of contemporary changes and digital transformation taking place in all countries of the world. Based on the foregoing, the present study aimed to identify the institutional capacity requirements of civil society organizations to implement the digital transformation system the study used the descriptive approach and identified the most important coordination and regulatory requirements, the most important being the periodic reassessment of the enterprise strategy for compatibility in the digital transformation process, as well as funding requirements, the most important of which is increased material and moral incentives for users of digital software and applications training and technology, the most important of which is the inclusion of technological means in the detection and resolution of problems, while there are several obstacles, the most important of which are (weakness).
