Abstract

This study aimed to explore the ethics of educational management from an Islamic perspective and the ethics of educational management in light of modern trends, comparing them in terms of concept, source, and philosophy. It also aimed to highlight the benefit of higher education institutions from these ethics. The study followed a descriptive-comparative research methodology. The study concluded that the ethics of educational management from an Islamic perspective and modern educational management ethics can be integrated and utilized in higher education institutions, emphasizing the importance of certain ethics in academic and administrative work, such as transparency, honesty, accountability, governance, academic integrity, social responsibility, and others. The study recommended the development of an ethical charter that combines the ethics of educational management from an Islamic perspective with those compatible with modern educational management ethics in higher education institutions. Additionally, it proposed the establishment of a code of ethics for educational management according to the Islamic perspective, serving as a reference for professionals to assess ethical situations encountered in educational management institutions.
