Abstract

The research aimed at how it is possible to activate the social care programs provided in youth hostels in the Al-Azhar institutes sector, by identifying a set of sub-goals, namely: identifying the reality of the social programs provided in youth hostels in the Al-Azhar institutes sector - and identifying the obstacles that prevent the realization of social care programs provided in youth hostels In the Al-Azhar Institutes sector - a set of proposals were reached to activate the social care programs provided in youth hostels in the Al-Azhar institutes sector, and this study is a descriptive study And it relied on the social survey methodology, with the quality of a comprehensive enumeration of social workers in the Beni Suef Al-Azhar region, numbering (165) specialists. And by the method of sampling students who frequent youth hostels in the Beni Suef Al-Azhar region, and their number is (3743) male and female students in the preparatory and secondary stages, and accordingly, the Stephen Thompson equation was used to determine the appropriate sample size from this community, which amounted to (349) individuals. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The level of effectiveness of the social programs provided in youth hostels in the Al-Azhar institutes sector in terms of the reality of these programs and the obstacles that prevent their realization was strong and high for social workers and students.
