Abstract

The study aimed mainly to identify the obstacles that hinder partnership among integrated schools in the basic education and civil society institutions. To achieve this aim, the study used the descriptive approach in addition to a questionnaire directed to a random sample represented by (staff in basic education schools - teachers - specialists - administrators), Its total is (411) including teachers, specialists and administrators. The field study of the obstacles of partnership among integrated schools in the basic education and civil society institutions resulted in a set of results, perhaps the most important of which is that the degree of verification of the total obstacles of partnership in facing the problems of integrated students came at the level of “moderate”, with an arithmetic mean (2.19). The values of the coefficient of variation showed alignment in the study sample responses concerning the obstacles related to civil society, as the value of the coefficient of variation was (24.57%), while the difference is increasing in the responses of the study sample about the dimension of the obstacles related to the school. The value of coefficient of variation was (26.70%). There is also a convergence in the study sample responses about the obstacles of partnership in facing the problems of integrated students. The value of the coefficient of variation was (24.57%), Accordingly, the study presented several recommendations that may contribute to overcoming the obstacles that prevent partnership among integrated schools in the basic education and civil society institutions.
