Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a blended training program based on the training needs of social studies teachers in developing their skills in planning teaching for students with learning difficulties in the Azhar preparatory stage, and the two research tools were (achievement test, and observation card), to measure the cognitive and performance aspects of planning skills among social studies teachers in teaching students with learning difficulties, This research has adopted the semi-experimental design known as the design of the experimental group with two measurements before and after, and the research sample consisted of (11) teachers of social studies in the preparatory stage of Al-Azhar divided into three institutes, namely (Institute of boys Qusir Bin khans p/ s, and the Institute of Sheikh Tawfiq p/ s, and the Institute of girls Qusir Bin khans p/ s), in Abu Tisht Al-Azhar administration of - Qena Governorate, and after applying the treatment materials, applying the research tools before and after, and calculating the quantitative estimates of those tools, the results of the research reached the effectiveness of the blended training program based on the training needs of social studies teachers in developing their skills in planning teaching for students with learning difficulties in the Azhar preparatory stage, the research recommended the need to use blended training in the development of teachers' professional and academic skills during the service, and in light of this, the researcher suggested the need to conduct some future research and studies closely related to the variables of the current research.
