The Effectiveness of Aesthetic and Scientific Applications in developing Scientific Concepts in of the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education (CBE) Students

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal The Effectiveness of Aesthetic and Scientific Applications in developing the scientific concepts for Al-Azhar 3rd preparatory students. To meet this end, the researcher made use of the experimental method (The Quasi-Experimental Design); The research tools included applying a test to measure the development of scientific concepts to a sample of (60) students. The participants were selected randomly, and they were divided into two equal groups, the First work as an experimental group (30 students), and the other work as a control group (30 students). The analysis of variance was used to process the data, The results of the research indicated the effectiveness of Aesthetic and Scientific Applications in developing the scientific concepts for Al-Azhar 3rd preparatory students. It also indicated that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.01) in favor of the experimental group students in the post administration of test to measure the development of scientific concepts. In light of the results attained, the research recommended a number of recommendations, including the necessity of making use of Aesthetic and Scientific Applications as effective approaches in developing and disseminating scientific concepts at all stages of education. In addition, the concerned authorities should benefit from both Teacher and Student guides to develop different scientific concepts among students.
