A proposed Perspective to improve some administrative processes at Al-Azhar Secondary Institutes in the light of the Re-engineering Approach

Abstract

The aim of the research is to made a proposed perspective to improve some administrative processes at Al-Azhar Secondary Institutes in the light of the Re-engineering Approach, to achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive method besides a questionnaire headed for (308) sheikhs & agents and (367) teachers from some secondary institutes in the governorates of Cairo, Sharqia and Assiut. The administrative processes in this study were identified as: (the organization process, the process of managing organizational culture, the process of managing human resources, the process of managing financial resources and the process of Information management). The research concluded that the reality of the administrative processes at Al-Azhar secondary institutes in the light of the re-engineering approach is weak, with an arithmetic mean (1.52) and a standard deviation (0.26). The correlation analysis showed that all the correlation coefficients among the axes of the reality of administrative processes at Al-Azhar secondary institutes were statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01), as the values of the correlation coefficients ranged between (0.38) and (0.62), which means that there is a strong direct relationship between those processes. In the light of these results, the study made a proposed Perspective to improve some the administrative processes at Al-Azhar secondary institutes in the light of the re-engineering approach.
