Abstract

The study aimed the role of civil society organizations to increase competitiveness in the field of small projects, in order to mitigate the problem of unemployment and help solve it in terms of: Strengthening the actual role played by civil societies as one of the civil society organizations, which play an effective and auxiliary role for national projects that The state's progress towards unemployment and youth in particular, so the role of NGOs is not limited to providing services to beneficiaries, but rather to achieve an advanced level of competition among other associations. Therefore, the current study will try to answer the questions of the study, which are: What are the influencing factors for increasing competitiveness in the field of small projects through (creativity - flexibility - improving quality), as well as identifying the difficulties facing project owners that prevent them from benefiting from these projects, and also developing a vision A proposal from the perspective of community organization to increase competitiveness towards small projects. The study relied on (case study approach), and the research was applied to a sample of (45) officials and workers in the two associations (Misr al-Khair - Al-Tadamon Al-Asghar) in Cairo Governorate, as well as a sample of visitors to the two gatherings consisting of ( 200) single, and the study reached the following results: Where the results of the study showed that: the dimensions of competitiveness in terms of creativity - flexibility - improving quality) came in high rates, as well as there are difficulties that prevent benefit from small projects, the most important of which was the difficulty of procedures and obtaining loans - Routine completion.
