The reality of the performance of the heads of academic departments at hail University in the light of the leadership of complexity

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the dimensions of complexity leadership among academic leaders at hail University and to develop a number of proposals that are useful in developing performance among academic leaders at hail University , and to achieve this goal, the descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was prepared to identify the actual reality of complexity leadership among academic leaders, and the questionnaire was applied to a number of 33 department heads at various faculties at hail University , The research has resulted in the most important results that the degree of application of dynamic and adaptive leadership among leaders came to an average, while dynamic leadership came to a high degree, and then the study recommended encouraging the heads of academic departments to give priority to listening, empathy and understanding the interests and points of view of faculty members with training department heads on how to form
