Abstract

The research aimed to identify the degree of employing digital transformation techniques in developed science curricula in Al-Azhar primary stage for achieving global citizenship dimensions. For achieving this goal, the research relied on analytical descriptive approach, the research community consisted of all science teachers at Azhar primary stage, and because of  the difficulty of reaching to all members of the sample, a random sample of (252) teachers was selected, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data needed for the research, and consisted of five axes (curriculum objectives, scientific content, teaching strategies, educational activities, teaching aids, and evaluation methods). Each axis included five paragraphs, each of which contained four graded levels expressed by verbal evaluation scales, after analyzing data showed that there was week employment  for digital transformation techniques (devices, applications, and networks) in developed science curricula in Al-Azhar primary stage with its various elements (curriculum objectives, curriculum content, educational activities, teaching aids, teaching strategies, and evaluation methods) in achieving global citizenship dimensions which led to weak awareness of students by these dimensions, according to these results, the research presented several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to include digital transformation techniques in developed science curricula and training of science teachers on employing these techniques to provide their students with global citizenship dimensions.
