Abstract

The aim of the current research is to design and build a three-dimensional virtual university that simulates Al-Azhar Al-Sharif University, characterised by some of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s artificial intelligence applications and techniques, and to measure their impact and effectiveness in disseminating and teaching Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s sciences, curricula, and culture globally and in accordance with the requirements of internationalisation of education. To achieve this purpose, the research tools were prepared, which consisted of achievement tests for the sciences of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif; the experimental processing material was designed; and a random sample of 90 students from Al-Azhar University was selected. The study system of the virtual university, which was designed for students, was applied to the research sample after ensuring its validity and readiness for actual application. After statistical treatment, the results of the research showed the effective effect of the three-dimensional artificially intelligent virtual university in publishing and teaching the sciences and courses of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. The most important recommendations of the research were the need to activate the role of the three-dimensional smart virtual university to be the virtual face of Al-Azhar University because of its prominent impact in spreading its sciences and courses globally.
