The Role of a Practicing Social Worker to Case work the Collective in Increasing the Competitiveness of Internationalizing Azhar Education between Universities

Abstract

       The Aim of the Research is to determine The Role of a Practicing Social Worker to Case work the Collective in Increasing the Competitiveness of Internationalizing Azhar Education between Universities, To achieve this, The descriptive approach was used , and The Research was applied to a sample of (34) Individuals, which represents (91.9%) of the faculty members in the three social work departments: (Cairo, Assiut, Tafahna Al-Ashraf) at Al-Azhar University, and the Electronic search Tool was applied from 22 /8/2022 Until 1/9/2022, The Results of the Research Concluded that the trend towards the Internationalization of University Education in Al-Azhar requires at its beginning to focus on the Azhar Student, and to provide professional Roles that take into Account the development of Innovative Capabilities at the collective level, followed by the development of creative abilities at the Individual and Collective levels, and then help him with Psychosocial Compatibility at the Collective level, then The development of Innovative Capabilities at the Individual level, and finally The availability of Psychosocial adjustment at the Individual level, The research showed that Individual interviews and group discussions are Considered the most appropriate Professional tools that can be used when Practicing Case work the Collective Method The Research Sample presented Number of Research proposals to increase Competitiveness in the Internationalization of Education. The Researchers also presented a Number of future proposals, the most Important of which is the preparation of theoretical content for Studies. Continuously qualifying Specialists, Executing missions for students.
